MISTAKEN
You told us he would grow up though he started very late.
You said that it might be a while, perhaps at twenty-eight
Your words enlivened hope that this could somehow come to be.
But you were wrong!Its happening now, and hes just twenty-three.

Hey Lady, You should know, I am 26 now, and you will have to wait until 28. But there is hope there yet as time passes and as others get older, some of us just grow up. Love Ya Mom
